北京普金利科技有限公司（以下称"本公司"）就 OpCut 服务的使用性质、许可边界、工艺免责与数据最小化作出如下政策说明。本页面公示的文本即现行有效文本。

一、使用性质与许可边界

1.1　本站开放接口与控制台功能面向测试、评估与集成验证用途：您可以在该用途内注册账户、调用接口、验证排样结果与本方系统的对接。注册赠送的体验额度与展示档免费额度均在此用途范围内使用。

1.2　将本平台的排版结果或接口调用接入真实生产流程（含玻璃深加工产线的下料决策、批量商用调用）属于商业使用，须与本公司另行洽谈授权，无标准价目；洽谈入口见《定价》页的商业合作说明。未经许可的商业使用，本公司有权限制或中止服务。

1.3　本页为站点能力与许可边界的说明，具体合作权利义务以双方签署的书面约定为准。

二、工艺与质量免责

2.1　本平台输出的排样方案与切割路径是在您提交的尺寸与工艺约束下计算得到的优化建议，不构成对现场生产结果的保证。实际切割质量受设备状态、刀具与砂轮、玻璃批次与应力、边部质量、温度与现场操作工艺等平台外因素影响。

2.2　您在将结果下发到切割设备、加工中心之前，应由具备相应资质的人员结合现场工艺条件复核并做首件验证；未按前述要求复核而直接生产所导致的损失，责任划分以《用户协议》第七、九条为准。

三、数据最小化与上传数据

3.1　本站仅收集完成排版所必需的订单尺寸信息（件尺寸、件数、原片规格、刀缝修边等约束参数及排样结果指标）与开通、登录账户所必需的信息，不收集其他信息；接口契约之外的非必需字段收到即丢弃，不落库、不写日志、不进入任何数据改进流程。

3.2　您为导入第三方订单文件而上传的原件，仅为复现当次导入结果做短期受控保留；解析所得的尺寸类字段按排版与对账所需正常存储。

3.3　将匿名化后的业务数据用于产品与算法改进（模型训练）以您的单独授权为前提，该授权独立自愿、可随时撤回；未授权不影响调用与使用。完整规则见《隐私政策》第六条。

四、不适合上传的数据

4.1　本平台不适合处理下列数据，请勿上传：依法不得披露或跨境受限的数据；您对第三方负有保密义务的数据（如标注商业秘密的他人图纸）；包含与您业务人员以外自然人个人信息的数据；您无权上传的其他数据。

4.2　您应对上传数据享有合法权利或已取得授权（《用户协议》第 4.3 条）。此类数据一经发现即删除且不作备份，由此引发的争议由上传方承担相应责任。

五、公平使用与配额

5.1　为保障多用户共享计算资源，本站按物理量设定公平配额：单次任务的件数与原片用量上限、并行任务数上限、体验与免费额度的月度用量上限。具体数值以《定价》页与《开发者文档》当期公示为准，公示只放宽不收紧既有用法。

5.2　异常批量占用计算资源、绕过限流等行为，本公司可依《用户协议》第四条采取限制措施。

OpCut API & Service Usage Policy — English Summary

  1. 1. Nature of use and licensing boundary — The open API and console are for testing, evaluation and integration verification. Connecting results or calls to real production processes (including batch commercial use) is commercial use and requires a separate agreement with the company; unauthorized commercial use may lead to restriction or suspension.
  2. 2. Process and quality disclaimer — Layouts and cutting paths are optimization suggestions computed from the dimensions and constraints you submit, not a guarantee of production outcomes. Qualified personnel must review results under actual shop conditions and perform first-article verification before production.
  3. 3. Data minimization and uploads — Only order dimension data necessary for nesting and necessary account data are collected; non-contractual fields are discarded on receipt, never stored or logged. Uploaded import originals are kept only short-term to reproduce the import. Training use requires your separate, withdrawable consent.
  4. 4. Data not suitable for upload — Do not upload: data that must not be disclosed or is cross-border restricted; data under third-party confidentiality (e.g. others' drawings marked as trade secrets); data containing personal information of natural persons beyond your business staff; any data you have no right to upload.
  5. 5. Fair use and quotas — Physical quotas apply — per-task part and sheet limits, parallel task limits and monthly free-credit usage limits. Published values follow the Pricing page and Developer Docs; publications only relax existing usage. Abnormal bulk occupation of compute or bypassing rate limits may be restricted.
